Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium high heat and add sesame oil.
- Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it into small pieces until lightly browned, about 4 minutes.
- Drain excess grease from the pan.
- Add pressed garlic, ground ginger, and chile flakes, then increase heat to high and cook until browned and crisp, about 2 to 3 minutes.
- Stir in soy sauce, white vinegar, sugar substitute, and Siracha; cook for another minute until well incorporated.
- Turn off the heat and add a squeeze of lime.
- Serve over cauliflower rice and top with scallions and cilantro if desired.
