Instructions
- 1. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add sesame oil.
- 2. Add the ground beef and cook, breaking it into small pieces until lightly browned (about 4 minutes).
- 3. Drain the excess grease from the pan.
- 4. Add pressed garlic, ground ginger, and chili flakes, then turn the heat to high.
- 5. Cook until the beef is browned and crisp (about 2 to 3 minutes).
- 6. Stir in soy sauce, white vinegar, sugar substitute, and sriracha, cooking for another minute until well incorporated.
- 7. Turn off the heat and add a squeeze of lime.
- 8. Serve over cauliflower rice and top with scallions and cilantro if desired.
