Instructions
- Prepare rice or cauliflower rice as needed.
- Dice the shallot and grate the ginger.
- Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add sesame oil.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet and break it up into small bits.
- Mix in the shallot, ginger, red pepper flakes, garlic powder, and onion powder.
- Cook until the beef is browned and crispy, about 8 minutes.
- Add coconut aminos and fish sauce, cooking for an additional 3-4 minutes.
- If making the optional sauce, mix mayo and hot sauce in a small bowl.
- Serve the beef in a bowl over greens and rice or cauliflower rice, topping with optional sauce.
