The frosting

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350F (180C) and prepare three 8-inch springform cake pans.
- In a large bowl, mix all dry ingredients together until combined.
- Add the wet ingredients and mix until a smooth batter forms.
- Distribute the batter evenly among the cake pans and bake for 25-27 minutes.
- Let the cakes cool completely on a cooling rack.
- For the frosting, beat the butter until fluffy, then add Biscoff and powdered sugar, mixing until smooth.
- Layer the cooled cakes with frosting in between each layer and frost the top and sides of the cake.
