Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (180°C) and line an 8x8-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
- Spread the Biscoff spread in an even layer in the lined pan and place it in the freezer to firm up.
- In a small bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, and salt.
- Melt half the chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the sugar and butter until combined, then add the vanilla, eggs, and melted chocolate.
- Gently fold in the dry ingredients and the remaining chocolate.
- Remove the pan from the freezer and layer half of the brownie batter in the pan, followed by the Biscoff layer, then top with the remaining brownie batter.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes or until a skewer comes out mostly clean. Let cool completely before slicing.
