Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and grease an 8x8 pan.
- Melt the butter and brown sugar in a saucepan over medium heat, stirring until smooth, then remove from heat and stir in the Biscoff Spread until creamy.
- Let the mixture cool, then whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon in a large bowl.
- Add the egg to the Biscoff mixture and stir until smooth, then add the vanilla extract and combine.
- Pour the Biscoff mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until smooth, then fold in the white chocolate chips.
- Transfer the batter to the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- Bake for 25 minutes or until golden on top and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool on a wire rack, then cut into squares and serve.
