Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C) and prepare baking sheets.
- Mix the flour, baking soda, baking powder, and salt in a bowl.
- In another bowl, whisk together melted butter and brown sugar until smooth, then add the egg, Biscoff spread, and vanilla.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients, then fold in the oats and 1¼ cups of white chocolate.
- Roll the dough into balls and place them on the baking sheets.
- Bake for 11-12 minutes until soft and slightly underbaked.
- Press remaining white chocolate into the tops and cool on the sheets before transferring to a wire rack.
