Ingredients

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • ½ teaspoon baking powder
  • teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 5 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 1 cup packed light brown sugar
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 large egg yolk
  • 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • ½ cup Biscoff spread
  • cups white chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C) and prepare an 8-inch square baking pan with foil or parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In a large bowl, combine melted butter and brown sugar, then whisk in the egg, egg yolk, and vanilla.
  4. Stir in the Biscoff spread, then gently fold in the dry ingredients until just combined.
  5. Fold in the white chocolate chips, being careful not to overmix.
  6. Spread the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-26 minutes.
  7. Allow the blondies to cool completely for about 3 hours before cutting into bars.
