Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C) and prepare an 8-inch square baking pan with foil or parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, mix the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
- In a large bowl, combine melted butter and brown sugar, then whisk in the egg, egg yolk, and vanilla.
- Stir in the Biscoff spread, then gently fold in the dry ingredients until just combined.
- Fold in the white chocolate chips, being careful not to overmix.
- Spread the batter into the prepared pan and bake for 25-26 minutes.
- Allow the blondies to cool completely for about 3 hours before cutting into bars.
