Coffee Chocolate Chip Blondies

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a 9x13-inch baking dish.
- Whisk together the flour and baking powder in a medium bowl and set aside.
- Melt the butter with coconut sugar and salt in a saucepan over medium heat, then stir in the coffee and let cool.
- Toast the pecans in the oven for 5 to 8 minutes until fragrant, then let them cool.
- Once the butter mixture is cool, whisk in the egg and vanilla, then combine with the flour mixture.
- Fold in the pecans and chocolate chips, then spread the batter in the prepared pan.
- Bake for 18 to 24 minutes until set and golden brown, then cool completely before cutting into squares.
