Coconut Chocolate Blondies

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and spray an 8-inch square baking pan with cooking spray.
- Combine the flour and salt in a bowl, whisk together, and set aside.
- In another bowl, stir together the melted butter and brown sugar until smooth and creamy. Beat in the egg and vanilla extract until well blended.
- Slowly mix in the flour and salt mixture until just blended. Stir in the coconut and chocolate chips.
- Scrape the batter into the prepared pan, spreading it evenly. Sprinkle extra coconut on top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, until set in the center but still soft. Let cool slightly before cutting into squares.
