Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C) and prepare a 9×13-inch pan.
- In a large bowl, whisk together the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine the melted butter and brown sugar, then whisk in the egg, egg yolk, and vanilla extract.
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until combined, then fold in the coconut and chocolate chips.
- Spread the batter evenly in the prepared pan and bake for about 35 minutes until a toothpick comes out mostly clean.
- Allow the blondies to cool completely in the pan before cutting.
