Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (176°C) and line an 8x8-inch baking dish with parchment paper.
- Blend oats, almonds, and sea salt into a fine meal, then add maple syrup, dates, and coconut oil to form a dough.
- Spread the crust mixture evenly in the baking dish and press it down firmly.
- Bake the crust for 12 minutes and set aside.
- Prepare the date caramel by blending dates until smooth, adding water as needed to achieve a spreadable consistency.
- Layer the date caramel on the crust, followed by pecans, peanut butter, coconut butter, coconut flakes, and chocolate chips.
- Bake for an additional 10-12 minutes until the edges are golden brown.
- Allow to cool for at least 20 minutes before cutting into bars.
