Ingredients

The crust

  • 2 cups vegan graham crackers
  • 7 tablespoons vegan butter
  • ¼ cup brown sugar

The toppings

  • 1 ½ cups vegan chocolate chips
  • 1 cup vegan white chocolate chips
  • 1 ½ cups sweetened coconut flakes
  • 1 ¼ cups chopped walnuts
  • 11.25 ounces coconut sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F and line a 9X13-inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. In a food processor, combine the graham crackers, vegan butter, and brown sugar, then pulse until well combined.
  3. Press the mixture into the prepared baking dish to form the crust and bake for 10 minutes.
  4. Remove from the oven and layer the vegan chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, coconut flakes, and walnuts on top of the crust.
  5. Drizzle the coconut sweetened condensed milk over the layered toppings and spread it evenly.
  6. Bake for an additional 20 minutes.
  7. Allow the bars to cool completely before lifting them out of the pan using the parchment paper and slicing into bars.
