Lighter Caramel 7-Layer Bars

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and coat a 9-inch square pan with nonstick cooking spray.
- Break the graham crackers into pieces and pulse into fine crumbs in a food processor.
- Mix the crumbs with egg whites until fully incorporated and press into the bottom of the prepared pan.
- Sprinkle the coconut, chocolate chips, and pecans over the crust.
- Melt the caramel squares in the microwave and drizzle over the toppings.
- In a bowl, mix the sweetened condensed milk, Greek yogurt, and sugar, then drizzle over the bars.
- Bake for 18-20 minutes until golden, then cool completely and refrigerate for at least 3 hours before slicing.
