sweetened condensed milk

dark chocolate (melted)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F and prepare a 9x13 inch pan with parchment and non-stick spray.
- In a bowl, mix the oatmeal, flour, brown sugar, baking soda, salt, eggs, canola oil, and vanilla until a crumbly dough forms.
- Press ⅔ of the dough into the prepared pan.
- Spread the dulce de leche over the dough evenly.
- Sprinkle the remaining dough over the dulce de leche layer.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until just set.
- Remove from the oven and add coconut and semi-sweet chocolate chips on top.
- Drizzle sweetened condensed milk over the top and add cashews.
- Return to the oven and bake for another 25 minutes until golden brown.
- Drizzle melted dark chocolate over the bars and cool for at least 2 hours before cutting.
