Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- 2. Grease an 8x8 inch baking pan or a bread loaf pan.
- 3. In a medium bowl, mix together the flour, oats, baking soda, and salt.
- 4. In a large bowl, beat together the coconut oil, coconut sugar, egg, and vanilla.
- 5. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients and stir in the almond milk and chocolate chips.
- 6. Pour the batter into the prepared pan and spread evenly.
- 7. Bake for 12-14 minutes (or 14-16 minutes for a bread pan).
- 8. Let cool on a wire rack before cutting into squares.
