Instructions

- Blend the oats, flour, baking soda, and salt in a blender until coarsely ground.
- In a large bowl, combine melted butter, brown sugar, egg, egg yolk, and vanilla, mixing until well combined.
- Add the blended dry ingredients, coconut, and chocolate chips to the wet mixture and stir until combined.
- Press the batter evenly into the prepared pan.
- Bake for about 20 minutes until edges are golden and the center is slightly soft.
