Instructions
- Heat coconut oil in a large pan over medium-high heat and sauté the onions until translucent.
- Mix garam masala, ground ginger, chilli powder, and curry powder, then add to the onions and cook briefly.
- Stir in coconut milk, tomato paste, and whole wheat flour, mixing well and bringing to a boil.
- Reduce to a simmer and cook for about 5 minutes to thicken the sauce.
- Add the chicken, then season with remaining garam masala, salt, and pepper.
- Bring to a boil again, reduce heat, and cook for 8 minutes until chicken is done.
- Let the chicken sit in the sauce for 10 minutes to absorb flavors.
- Garnish with parsley or cilantro and serve with basmati rice and naan.
