The slaw

Instructions
- Combine soy sauce, ginger, garlic, honey, salt, black pepper, and red pepper flakes in a bag or dish.
- Add chicken to the marinade and let it sit for 15 minutes.
- In a bowl, mix cabbage, carrots, green onion, and cilantro.
- Drizzle slaw with olive oil, rice vinegar, soy sauce, and honey; toss to coat.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Remove chicken from marinade and grill for 7 to 10 minutes until cooked through.
