Thai Chicken Tacos

boneless skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-sized pieces

Thai peanut sauce, homemade or storebought

chopped fresh cilantro

thinly sliced green onions
The tortillas
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken with rice vinegar and soy sauce for 15 minutes to 4 hours.
- Heat olive oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat.
- Remove chicken from marinade and sauté in the pan, seasoning with salt and pepper, until cooked through (5-7 minutes).
- Lay out tortillas and fill each with shredded cabbage, bean sprouts, and cooked chicken.
- Drizzle with Thai peanut sauce and top with cilantro and green onions.
- Serve immediately.
