The tortillas and toppings

Instructions
- Combine the spices in a small dish to create a taco spice mix.
- Place the chicken in a zip-seal bag, add the spice mix, seal, and shake to coat the chicken.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the chicken, cooking for 8-10 minutes until cooked through.
- Warm each tortilla in a skillet for about a minute on each side.
- Assemble each taco by placing cooked chicken on a tortilla and topping with lettuce and tomato.
