Instructions
- 1. Toss chicken with olive oil and lime juice in a mixing bowl.
- 2. Sprinkle with chili powder, cumin, garlic powder, smoked paprika, cayenne, salt, and pepper, then mix well.
- 3. Preheat a skillet and add remaining olive oil.
- 4. Brown the chicken in the skillet for about 6 minutes on one side.
- 5. Turn the chicken and cook for another 6 minutes until fully cooked.
- 6. Let the chicken rest, then chop it into pieces.
- 7. Assemble tacos by layering chopped chicken on tortillas and adding desired toppings.
