Shredded Chicken Tacos

street taco flour tortillas or corn

chopped cilantro

cotija cheese or shredded cheddar cheese

sour cream or Greek yogurt
Instructions
- Prepare the chicken using your preferred method (sous vide, Instant Pot, or slow cooker).
- For sous vide, set the temperature to 165ºF and cook chicken thighs for 4-5 hours.
- For Instant Pot, sauté the chicken thighs, then seal and cook on high pressure for 10 minutes.
- For slow cooker, add seasoned chicken thighs with some water and cook on high for 2-4 hours or low for 6-8 hours.
- While chicken cooks, mix chopped cilantro and diced onion in a bowl.
- Once chicken is cooked, shred it using two forks.
- Assemble tacos by placing shredded chicken, cilantro, onion mixture, and cheese in tortillas.
- Serve and enjoy!
