Easy Chicken Tacos

Instructions
- Prepare the marinade by whisking together taco seasoning, olive oil, lime juice, salt, and pepper.
- Add chicken thighs to the marinade, coat well, and refrigerate for at least 10 minutes or up to 24 hours.
- Remove chicken from marinade and cook on a grill or skillet over medium heat for 4-5 minutes per side until cooked through.
- Let the chicken cool slightly, then chop into bite-sized pieces.
- Assemble the tacos by placing shredded lettuce in each tortilla, followed by the chicken, pico de gallo, cheese, and avocado.
- Serve immediately.
