Instructions
- Mix lime juice, olive oil, cilantro, cumin, and salt in a bowl.
- Marinate the chicken in the mixture for 15 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and grill the chicken for 4-6 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes, then chop into small pieces.
- Combine tomatoes, red onion, cilantro, garlic, jalapeño, lime juice, and salt in a bowl for pico de gallo.
- Blend avocados, garlic, cilantro, cumin, red pepper flakes, lime juice, red wine vinegar, olive oil, and salt in a food processor for avocado crema.
- Heat corn tortillas in a skillet and assemble tacos with avocado crema, chicken, pico de gallo, and queso fresco.
