Instructions
- Mix lime juice, olive oil, cilantro, cumin, and salt in a bowl.
- Marinate chicken in the mixture for 15 minutes in a ziplock bag.
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill chicken for 4-6 minutes on each side until cooked through.
- Prepare the avocado salsa by mixing avocados, cilantro, lime juice, red wine vinegar, red pepper flakes, garlic, and salt in a bowl.
- Serve the grilled chicken topped with avocado salsa.
