Instructions
- Pound the chicken to an even thickness and place in a resealable bag.
- Whisk together the marinade ingredients and pour over the chicken in the bag.
- Seal the bag and marinate in the refrigerator for 2 to 4 hours.
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Grill the chicken until it reaches an internal temperature of 160-165°F, about 4 minutes per side.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes.
- Prepare the avocado salsa by mixing avocados, tomatoes, onion, garlic, lime juice, and season with salt and pepper.
- Serve the chicken topped with the avocado salsa.
