Instructions
- Mix the marinade ingredients in a small bowl.
- Marinate the chicken thighs in the mixture for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (204°C).
- Sear the chicken skin side down in a hot cast iron skillet for 2-3 minutes until browned, then flip and sear the other side.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 170°F (76°C).
- Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before serving.
