Cilantro Lime Chicken

The chicken
Instructions
- Combine the olive oil, garlic, cilantro, lime juice, chipotle peppers, and salt to make the marinade.
- Place the chicken in a shallow container and pour the marinade over it. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the oven to 350 degrees.
- Heat an oven-safe skillet over medium heat and transfer the chicken and marinade into it.
- Cook for 1-2 minutes until beginning to brown, then flip the chicken and cook for another minute.
- Transfer the skillet to the oven and bake for about 20 minutes, checking the internal temperature after 15 minutes until it reaches 165 degrees.
- Serve warm.
