Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in a large ovenproof skillet over medium-high heat and cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes, turning once.
- Remove the chicken and prepare the sauce in the same skillet by adding broth, lime juice, onion, cilantro, and red pepper flakes.
- Bring the sauce to a boil and let it reduce for about 10 minutes.
- Add cream and butter to the sauce, stirring until the butter melts.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and bake in the oven for 5-10 minutes until fully cooked.
- Serve the chicken with the sauce and optional garnishes.
