Instructions
- Brown the meat using the sauté setting and stir in taco seasoning halfway through.
- Wash the pot and add 1 ½ cups of water.
- Mix the refried beans with the salsa.
- Spray a 7"x3" pan with cooking spray and layer a tortilla at the bottom.
- Spread ½ cup of the refried bean mixture over the tortilla.
- Add 1 cup of the cooked meat and 1 cup of cheese.
- Repeat layering with another tortilla, ½ cup of refried beans, 1 cup of meat, and ½ cup of cheese.
- Continue with a third tortilla and repeat the layers.
- Place the final tortilla on top and cover with foil.
- Set the pan on a trivet in the pot, ensuring it sits above the water.
- Lock the lid and set to pressure cook for 17 minutes.
- After cooking, allow a 10-minute natural release, then release remaining steam.
- Remove the pan carefully and broil with additional cheese until browned.
- Let it cool slightly, then remove from the pan and serve with garnishes.
