Crustless Taco Pie

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375°F and grease a 9 or 10-inch pie pan.
- In a medium skillet, sauté the onion in olive oil over medium-low heat until softened.
- Add the ground beef to the skillet and cook until browned, then drain excess fat.
- Stir in the taco seasoning and transfer the beef mixture to the prepared pie pan.
- Top the beef with green chilis and black beans.
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, and salt, then pour over the beef mixture.
- Sprinkle with shredded cheese if using.
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes until set, then cool for 30 minutes before serving.
