The crust

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic over low to medium heat until the beef is browned, then drain the fat.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the cooked beef mixture with the remaining filling ingredients.
- Grease a pie dish and line it with sliced potatoes, overlapping them slightly and seasoning with Herbamare.
- Pour the meat mixture over the potatoes and spread it evenly.
- Cover the dish and bake for about 30 minutes.
