Vegan Banana Blizzard

raw cashews (soaked for 6 hours or overnight then drained)

Instructions
- Prepare the ice cream churning bowl by placing it in the freezer the night before.
- Soak the cashews overnight or for at least 6 hours, then drain them thoroughly.
- Grind the banana chips into a powder using a coffee grinder or mortar and pestle.
- Blend all ingredients except the raw banana and cookies until creamy and smooth.
- Chill the mixture in the freezer for 2 hours or in the fridge overnight.
- Churn the chilled mixture in an ice cream maker according to the manufacturer's instructions for about 45 minutes.
- Spoon the mixture into serving glasses and layer with fresh sliced bananas and crushed cookies, if desired.
