Ingredients

  • 1 cup ice
  • 1 cup milk (almond milk used)
  • 3 tablespoons chia seeds
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. Pulse until smooth.
  3. Serve immediately, optionally sprinkled with extra chia seeds.
