Cranberry Orange Bread Pudding

Instructions
- Mix all ingredients together and let sit for 20 minutes.
- Oil your baking dish with butter or coconut oil.
- Pour the mixture into a cast iron skillet or a pie dish.
- Bake on indirect heat of the grill for 30 minutes until the bread pudding rises and gets golden on the edges, or in a preheated oven at 350°F for the same time.
- Sprinkle with powdered sugar and drizzle with honey before serving.
