Instructions
- Preheat the oven.
- Combine the coconut sugar, stevia, and cinnamon.
- Mix in the liquified coconut oil and applesauce.
- Add quinoa flour and ground walnuts to the mixture.
- Fold in the blueberries.
- Spoon the batter into muffin tins.
- Bake for about 18 minutes.
