Instructions
- Combine coconut flour, salt, and baking soda in a small bowl.
- In a large bowl, mix eggs, agave, grapeseed oil, and vanilla using a hand blender.
- Blend the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients with a hand mixer.
- Gently fold in the blueberries.
- Pour the batter into a paper-lined muffin pan.
- Bake at 350°F for 20-25 minutes.
- Cool and serve.
