Healthy Blueberry Muffins

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and grease the muffin tin if necessary.
- In a large bowl, combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.
- In another bowl, mix the oil and honey or maple syrup, then add the eggs, yogurt, and vanilla, and mix well.
- Combine the wet and dry ingredients, mixing until just combined.
- Toss the blueberries with a teaspoon of flour and gently fold them into the batter.
- Divide the batter into the muffin cups and sprinkle with turbinado sugar.
- Bake for 16 to 19 minutes until golden and a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool the muffins on a rack and store leftovers appropriately.
