Oven Baked Crispy Parmesan Artichoke Hearts

Ingredients

  • 2 14 ounce cans Artichoke Hearts
  • 2 large Eggs
  • ½ cup Panko or Plain Bread Crumbs
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Onion Powder
  • 1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon Sea Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • to taste Marinara Sauce for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Drain the artichokes and pat them dry with a paper towel.
  3. In one bowl, whisk the eggs and in another bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
  4. Dredge each artichoke in the egg mixture, then coat in the breadcrumb mixture and place on the baking sheet.
  5. Bake the artichoke hearts for 18-20 minutes, flipping them halfway through.
  6. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
