Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Drain the artichokes and pat them dry with a paper towel.
- In one bowl, whisk the eggs and in another bowl, mix the breadcrumbs, parmesan cheese, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper.
- Dredge each artichoke in the egg mixture, then coat in the breadcrumb mixture and place on the baking sheet.
- Bake the artichoke hearts for 18-20 minutes, flipping them halfway through.
- Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
