Baked Artichoke Dip

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- In a blender or food processor, puree the artichokes, tofu, and garlic.
- Add the grated cheese, yogurt, mayonnaise, salt, and cayenne to the blended mixture and stir until well combined.
- Pour the mixture into a baking dish and sprinkle the top with more grated cheese.
- Bake uncovered for about 45 minutes until heated through and the cheese starts to brown.
- If needed, use the broiler for the last few minutes to achieve browning.
