Baked Spinach Artichoke Dip

mozzarella cheese, divided
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 375ºF.
- In a bowl, mix artichoke hearts, Greek yogurt, cream cheese, salt, lemon juice, garlic powder, and ¼ cup of mozzarella cheese.
- In a pan, warm olive oil, add garlic and spinach, and sauté for 5-7 minutes.
- Combine the sautéed spinach and garlic with the cream cheese mixture.
- Transfer the dip to a small casserole dish and bake for 20 minutes until bubbling.
- Remove from oven, top with the remaining mozzarella cheese, and broil for about 3 minutes until browned.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before serving.
