Baked Spinach Artichoke Dip

Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- 2. Thaw the frozen spinach in the microwave for 2-3 minutes, then squeeze out excess liquid.
- 3. In a large bowl, combine cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic, salt, and pepper, and blend until fluffy.
- 4. Fold in the spinach, artichokes, red peppers, parmesan cheese, and 1 cup of mozzarella until well combined.
- 5. Transfer the mixture to an 8x8 baking dish and top with the remaining ⅓ cup of mozzarella.
- 6. Bake for 25-30 minutes until slightly browned on top.
- 7. Serve immediately.
