Easy Spinach Artichoke Dip

Ingredients

  • 2 tsp Olive oil
  • 4 oz Fresh spinach
  • 4 oz Cream cheese
  • 2 tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 2 tbsp Sour cream
  • ¼ cup Grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 (14.5 oz) can Artichoke hearts in water
  • 4 cloves Garlic
  • ¼ tsp Black pepper
  • cup Mozzarella cheese

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet and wilt the spinach for 2-3 minutes, then set aside to cool.
  2. Preheat the oven to 350°F (177°C).
  3. In a bowl, heat cream cheese until soft, then mix in mayonnaise, sour cream, parmesan, artichokes, garlic, black pepper, and half of the mozzarella.
  4. Squeeze excess moisture from the cooled spinach and add it to the mixture.
  5. Transfer the dip to a baking dish, smooth the top, and add the remaining mozzarella on top.
  6. Bake for 20-30 minutes until hot and bubbly, then serve warm.
