Creamy Spinach Artichoke Dip

Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.
- Dice the onion and add it to the hot pan, cooking for 2-3 minutes.
- Mash the garlic and add it to the pan, sautéing for another 2-3 minutes.
- Add the artichoke hearts and lemon zest, cooking for another 2 minutes.
- Stir in the spinach and seasonings until the spinach wilts.
- Mix in the cream cheese and yogurt until well combined.
- Add the grated parmesan cheese and mix well.
- Top with an even layer of mozzarella cheese.
- Broil in the oven for 3-4 minutes until the cheese is golden and browned.
- Remove from the oven, allow to cool slightly, then serve with tortilla chips or bread slices.
