Ingredients

Instructions

  1. Thaw the frozen spinach and squeeze out excess moisture.
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté green onions, poblano pepper, red pepper flakes, and salt until golden.
  3. Add drained spinach, cream cheese, sour cream, and artichokes to the skillet, stirring until warmed through.
  4. Season with additional salt and pepper to taste, then serve warm.
