Instructions
- Prepare the artichokes by opening and draining two cans of quartered artichoke hearts, then rinse them well.
- In a bowl, combine the artichoke hearts with kosher salt and red wine vinegar, tossing to combine.
- Let the mixture marinate for 10 minutes.
- Add olive oil and dried oregano to the marinated artichokes and toss to coat well.
- Allow the artichoke hearts to marinate for another 20 minutes.
- Transfer the marinated artichoke hearts to an airtight container for storage.
