Instructions
- Wash artichokes and trim the tops and stem, then split in half.
- Scoop out the flower portion in the center using a metal spoon.
- Boil the artichokes for 10 minutes in hot water until almost tender.
- Place artichokes cut side up in a dish.
- Make a marinade or vinaigrette and drizzle it over the artichokes.
- Marinate for at least 30 minutes.
- Grill the artichokes on a hot grill, starting with the outside facing the heat for a few minutes, then turn them over and grill for an additional 5 minutes until golden brown.
