Instructions
- Toast the shredded coconut in a dry skillet over low heat for 4-5 minutes until golden brown.
- In a medium bowl, combine the cashews, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, sea salt, coconut, and cacao nibs.
- Stir the mixture to combine.
- Serve immediately or transfer to an airtight container and store in the refrigerator for up to a month.
