trail mix of choice (e.g., raw pumpkin seeds, dried cranberries, candied ginger, chopped almonds)

Instructions
- Melt the chocolate and coconut oil in a double boiler or microwave.
- Spoon melted chocolate onto parchment paper or a silicone baking mat to form round bites.
- Sprinkle with trail mix and a dash of sea salt.
- Allow to set until hardened, then remove and store in an airtight container in the fridge.
